Engaging in therapy is not only an emotional commitment, it is also a financial one. I understand finances are an important factor of your every day life and you want to ensure you're benefiting from care. I will do all I can to work with your financial situation and circumstances in order to keep you engaged in treatment and feel at ease about our financial agreement.

IN-NETWORK
I accept Cigna insurance only at this time.

OUT-OF-NETWORK
For out-of-network insurance carriers, mental/behavioral health services may be covered partially or in full by your health insurance plan. If you are seeking insurance reimbursement, I can provide monthly superbills for you to submit to your insurance provider. Please check your coverage with your insurance provider to see if you receive out-of-network benefits.

You may consider asking your provider the following questions:
     * Do I have out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental/behavioral health services?
     * What is my deductible and has it been met?
     * What is my co-insurance?
     * How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
     * What is the coverage amount per session?
     * Is approval required from my primary care doctor?
     * How do I file a claim?
Please note, where out-of-network benefits are covered, you will be responsible for payment at the time of service and your insurance will reimburse your expenses directly to you.
